Childhood, to me, is that perpetual state of suspension
between two realms, two worlds.
It's a time when we're caught in the ambiguity of not knowing whether we are big or small, adult or infant.
We wander through this liminal space, seeking answers to questions that have yet to fully form in our minds.
Who am I if I'm not you? Who are you if you're not me?
We are, perhaps, just fragments of being in the process of becoming, admiring what lies just beyond our reach, contemplating lives we will never lead.
In this transient stage, what truly defines childhood? Is it naivety, serenity, unconsciousness?
I don't believe so. We observe the world around us, but we lack the means to give it substance or depth.
It's as though we drift through layers of existence, thin as veils, much like the epic tales our ancestors lived and the stories our descendants will strive to understand.
Youth is the eternal contemplation of the fragments that constitute our very essence.
