Following a 23-day trip to Sri Lanka in partnership with the NGO Oxfam Colombo, my master’s degree analyzes a village of workers (the tea capital of Sri Lanka) neglected and ignored by the rest of the city.

Only Tamils in a Sinhalese zone (ethnic conflict), they live in the time of slavery, framed by an organization whose rules have barely changed in 2 centuries.

Deficiency of education, rape, precarious housing, lack of water, how to upgrade this space without harming its culture and habits?

It is through a journey of 10 folies each based on mythology (Ramayana), land and childhood that I wanted to generate encounters (visitors and locals) and draw a red line on the green fields to create experiences, raising awareness of the territory/landscape and questioning the power of tourism and economy within the country.
