In the Belgrano district, the Di Tella Park is neglected, surrounded by residences and the University of Tella.
The project consisted of the creation of housing for students, housings and businesses.
The heights, from one floor to the other, adapt to the surrounding buildings, creating terraces accessible by a footbridge that serves all the projects.
The units lead to a garden specific for the building, where the entire park can be observed creating natural ventilation and a buffer space for each unit. In fact, semiprivate spaces, places of exchange are produced through the gateway, allowing
the connection between the dwellings and various uses.
The position of the volumes opens loopholes in the park, new perspectives on an area
connecting the various uses.
